I studied Fashion design in Montreal (AIFD), Business management in Mount Royal College and Life Skills Coaching Certificate from Bow Valley College.

I am a member of CAPC "Calgary Association of Professionals Coaches" which is a branch of ICF "International Coach Federation. I sat on AAPLSC "Alberta Association of Professional Life skills Coaches" board of directors.

Facilitator
Develop and facilitate Image Consultation workshop for Chinook Learning Services and Bow Valley College Continuing Education targeting women and men wanting to enhance their personal style. Develop and continue to facilitate Young Fashion Designer (a career development workshop for teens) at Chinook Learning Services.

Leadership
I have over fifteen years of leadership combined with seven years of teaching experiences. I sat in the executive board of WestJet airlines employee organization called PACT (Pro Active Communication Team) for three years and represented over 6000 employees. For the past five years I sat as vice-chair and chair of the Flight Attendant Association Board comprising of 13 members. I also represented more than 2300 flight attendants in various capacities.

During these five years of service, I assisted with:
- Problem solving & conflict resolution between flight attendants and inflight Leadership
- Continually met with WestJet leadership on ways to improve employee working condition
- Lead the team in the creation of the first Flight Attendant Association bylaws and guidelines,
  website, FA agreement, PACT organizational structure, PACT AGM (Annual General Meeting)

In 2002, I was a Finalist for Calgary White Hat Award (Best Customer Service/Airline and Travel Agencies).

I stepped down in my previous roles to pursue my personal dream… Basis Essence Inc.

Fashion
Within the fashion industry I have organized several corporate and private fashion shows in Montreal and Calgary, including Calgary Fashion Week 2007 and continue to work with various model agencies.
